So in most cases, with a single order by your customers you recoup your subscription investment and still reap the ongoing benefits of the design tool and order management capabilities. We also offer a significant 10% discount for annual subscribers. If you do not wish to continue using our services, just write us at support@swagify.com at any time and we’ll cancel the renewal of your subscription. Your benefits will continue to be active until the end of the subscription cycle.

When you receive an order from customers from any of your online stores, you can fulfil them by going to ‘Orders’ and choosing any of your orders. Soon we’ll let you choose among multiple vendors to fulfil your orders so you can make the most profit on your products.
Vendors are the print providers you can choose to have your products fulfilled from. Please stay tuned for more on 'vendors'.
We currently support multiple weight classes for Ground shipping. Additional shipping methods will be available in the near future.

Absolutely! Just go to your settings and change your subscription type anytime you want. Please take note, your new subscription type will take an affect in your next billing cycle.
A resale certificate (also known as a sales tax exemption certificate) is a proof that you can buy an item tax-free and that it is intended for reselling. If you already have a resale certificate, it can be submitted to us by uploading it from your Swagify account.
